You are here probably because you are overweight as me couple of months ago.
I am sorry for my bad english because it`s not my first language and I am still learning, but I hope you can understand this what I want to share with you because it was real miracle in my life. I can send you my photos before and after to prove my real story, it`s unbelivable for me, for my parents, friends.
I was overweight, my weight was 130 kg, I am 186 cm tall so BMI calculator tells me my ideal weight is between 76-86 kg , I know I thougt exactly the same it`s insane …
I was struggled with obesity since beginning of 2001 when I change my job, start to work in corporation, I ate very bad way, too late ,too fast and too much. I didn`t have any free time for excersizes during a week and weekend workouts just didn`t work as I expected. I spent over 1,5 hours in Saturday and Sunday swimming at no result, nothing, absolutely nothing has changed in my weight.
You should know each KG of fat is equal to 7000 callories which means to burn them you have to excersize for over 20 hours !
Who is able to do that ?
Exactly, no one, including me.
I realized after couple of years it is a way to nowhere, I lost time and money only for exersizes and nothing has changed in my life, to the end of 2012 my weight increased to 130 kg and it was dangerouse to me already cos my blood pressure increased, cholesterol as well and I had to break it cos my doctor said If I will not change anything in my life I will probably die in the next 10 years (I am 40 years old …)
That really terrefying me when I think about it once again, really, I have nothing to lose, I could win longer life only and healthier what is also important.
This what I do in the next year was miracle, I never lost so many kilos before during a year. I know it`s not impressive cos there are a lot of people who lose more during 6 months but I don`t advise it to anyone cos it`s not good way of loosing weight, I am siriouse.
I`ve tweked a little my daily schedule and routines, I start to eat breakfasts (I never did before), I stop eat after 6 pm (except some mozarella cos it`s good source of proteins and it excellend for filling the stomach, have not many callories and I can forgot about hunger before I go to bed)
Proteins are very important ,because they increasing a methabolism, they are good especially if you eat them before you go to bed, but not too much, just little, you will not hungry and your organism during your sleep will burn your fat.
The next step I took was purchase green coffee bean extract
I read about them here -REVIEWS OF GREEN COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT for the first time ,I just found this URL on weight loss forum and I was curiouse how it is possible something like this works, I never belive that things some pill can work that way and I start reading, one review, then another, I stopped after 40 or 50 (there are over 1600 reviews of real people ,can you belive that ? )
